It is not a diagnostic, medical, therapeutic, legal or advocacy service. Nothing it produces is an assessment, a diagnosis or advice you have to act on. It never names conditions, and it is not a substitute for speaking to a professional.

You need an account to write anything, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. One account is for one person. Please don't use the app to store information about someone else without a good reason to hold it.

Everything you write stays yours. We store it so we can show it back to you and generate summaries when you ask. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

The free version includes three observations, one Watch For Me card, one Talking Point and one PDF. Premium is an annual subscription bought on our purchase page and handled by our payment provider; Too Many Tabs never processes card details. Premium follows the email address you paid with, so sign in with that same address.

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided as-is. AI summaries can be wrong or incomplete — treat them as prompts for your own thinking. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that harms other people.
